SALUTO AL NUOVO PARTITO DELLA SINISTRA ISRAELIANAData: 2024-07-01Autore: NES Noi Ebrei Socialisti Il NES Noi Ebrei Socialisti, un gruppo politico-culturale ebraico formato recentemente in Italia, saluta con grande soddisfazione la notizia della creazione di un nuovo Partito Sionista Democratico in Israele con la fusione dei due storici partiti socialisti, capisaldi della sinistra israeliana ed eredi delle forze che hanno creato il Paese. La creazione di un nuovo partito unito fa sperare in una tanto attesa svolta politica, per la formazione di un partito spostato a sinistra, che possa finalmente risolvere i problemi creati dalla coalizione di destra sia all'interno di Israele che nei suoi rapporti internazionali; a partire naturalmente da una auspicata soluzione del conflitto che da molti mesi insanguina Israele e i suoi vicini. In un momento in cui diversi paesi europei, tra cui l'Italia, sono divenuti preda della destra antidemocratica, e anche Israele è governato da una coalizione che viene fortemente contestata nella società civile israeliana, si sente fortemente il bisogno di una svolta politica che dia respiro alle popolazioni stremate. Ci auguriamo anche che possa migliorare il rapporto di Israele con settori della società, della cultura e della politica in Europa e in altre parti del mondo, che da qualche tempo stanno violentemente contestando la politica di Israele nelle piazze, nelle università, negli ambienti della cultura. Iniziamo quindi oggi un rapporto con la nuova struttura politica auspicando rapporti fruttuosi per il futuro. Il NES Noi Ebrei Socialisti, 1 luglio 2024. GREETING TO THE NEW PARTY OF THE ISRAELI LEFT The NES We Socialist Jews, a Jewish cultural-political group recently formed in Italy, welcomes with great satisfaction the news of the creation of a new Democratic Zionist Party in Israel with the merger of the two historic socialist parties, cornerstones of the Israeli left and heirs of the forces that they created the country. The creation of a new united party gives hope for a long-awaited political turning point, for the formation of a party shifted to the left, which can finally resolve the problems created by the right-wing coalition both within Israel and in its international relations.
